Job Description:

Our client, an IT Lifecycle Services company based in Eatontown, has an immediate need for a Sales Administrator in support of their busy practice.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide assistant to Sales Managers
  • Prepared and support sales proposals
  • Create, maintain and update sales spreadsheets
  • Perform data entry and other office duties as required
  • Help with customer concerns or questions
  • Answering phones

 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following:

  • Detail oriented, strong ability and desire to solve problems
  • Fluent in MS/Excel a must
  • Are a self-starter with ample self-motivation and initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, including MS Office
  • Have the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Documents and maintains accurate records
