Job Description:

Our client, a busy flooring company has an immediate need for a Scheduling Coordinator.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Schedule estimators with clients and communicate to all parties
  • Manage and confirm appointments
  • Use of social media is required for calling and booking all web submissions
  • Maintain all proposals
  • Customer service follow-up
  • Schedule and route team members to work schedules
  • Review contracts as necessary

Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following:

  • Strong phone skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under time pressure
  • Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close-team environment
  • CRM software experience required to enter, maintain and track customer estimates and orders
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Work, Excel
  • Strong communication skills

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours of Availability: M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
